The gamplay is good the controls are perfect, from switching from your riot shield to your guns, or other weapons it is a perfect system. The only problem I will point out with its gameplay is when you walk the crosshair will auto center, and this can be a bit of a problem when going in for a head shot. The games riot shield is easily switched from, by using and holding the left trigger you can enter this state of not taking damage, but they balance this out by not allowing you to shoot, but you can still go in for a close combat kill in the shield state, by pulling the right trigger, which when it kills the enemy it will say “Brutal” across the screen. The games blood is realistic, to a point where I mean it has a lot of it, but not to the point were you feel like you need to turn off the blood effects. The game has projectile items (Molotov’s and cleavers) these can also be used in close combat, by pressing the black button, which it really neat to watch a Molotov bottle break over some guys head. The games story has unlockables, like getting 5 arrests will get you a metal. Getting enough metals will get you a emergency level, or upgrade a weapon. The emergency levels pretty much are for unlocking cool weapons. So these unlockables plus a great story keep you coming back
The Graphics, are descent, they are what you would expect from this sort of game. They have good lighting affects in this game. The animations are top notch; the characters move great, the rag doll is amazing. The guns shoot really realistic, and give the punch you want from them. the sounds is well again really good, nothing else I can really say on that part.
Overall the game is great, the environments are really done well, and the games effects are good. The live action cut scenes from the news footage are fun to watch, which means the voice over are not to bad, really well done. Over all this game does not disappoint, and it is a lot better than most FPS games on the xbox. This game will make you wanting more, from the story, and with the unlockables you will come back. So if you enjoy FPS games I think you should check this one out!
