This game is rather good, and im more of a fill-the-air-with-bullets style shooter but this is really good. Really good.

User Rating: 9.4 | Untold Legends: The Warrior's Code PSP
In Untold Legends: The Warriors Code, the designers made many inprovements with things like storyline, innovative combat styles and a better gameplay. The are some minor things the designers changed, as well as major things they added. I think ill start with the major things for people who have never played before.

The major changes the producers made were adding the Changeling transformations, including new attacks, making additional classes and having way more items. The Changeling transformations are times when your character shifts their shape to change the rules of your combat. The transformations can only happen when you have enough essence, which is gained after making a kill or Attack of Oppourtunity, and then using it (rather quickly, in my opinion) to make your character have heightened damage and endurance for a short time. The production team made a good choice about adding new attacks. Apart from powers and your standard slash or shot, you can charge your attack for more damage in return for a longer attack, thus allowing you to do about the same damage in a shorter time. ( you attack slowly in this game) Also, if the time is right, you may be able to do an Attack of Oppourtunity and do more damage, get an item after a hit, or get some more essence. When you get an Attack of Oppourtunity, an orange, pulsing ring will appear around the enemy you can hit and you can make an Attack by pressing and holding the square button. There are now 5 classes: the Mercenary, a tough-as-nails chick with a big axe and a saw shooter; the Scout, a teenage girl with 2 daggers and a crossbow; the Disciple that kills things with a staff and a shotgun; the Guardian, a man with a sword, a cannon and really ripped abs; and last, but not least, the Prowler. The Prowler is an assassin "armed" with yard long blades sticking out of his arms and a rock hurler for killing whatever pisses him off. If you but this game, I suggest the Guardian or Prowler for a start, but the end choice is up to you.

Some minor changes or control changes such as more buttons for special attacks, potions and whatnot.

If you own a PSP and dont own this game, buy it. Its worth the money. For those of you stuck in the realm of the DS or GBA, get a PSP, this game and see what you've been missing.
