If UT2004 had been remade with UT3 engine it would had been more fun.
While UT 3 goes for the graphical flash it does not really add more to the game itself, sure it has more vehicles and the like but again, that's a given already, the content itself was already inside UT 2004 and the player custom made items and mods like maps... skins... weapons etc is simply missing in UT3 as of this date of this review, pretty much 2 years after it came out.
Another weird thing is that you have to 'log in' at the start of the game with a "Game Spy" account, trouble is, I already had a game spy account and had to make another account to login the game -.- that was frustrating to say the least.
When I finally managed to join the frag fest it wasn't bad, but it was hardly impressive, i expected more and failed to see 'more' expected variety and got the same old with less customization.
Overall this game gets a 7 on my book, personally I would have preferred a remake of UT2004 and let the players and fans customize it, the tools to make these customizations would had been very welcome.
