Although I would much rather play the original Unreal Championship this game is all us 360 owners have

I feel that Unreal Championship on the Xbox is one of the greatest shooters that the console has to offer. Sadly it was not available on the backwards compatible list so I decided to give Unreal Championship 2: The Liandri Conflict a try since it got better reviews than the original game. I feel that Midway kind of ruined this game. The addition of Mortal Kombat characters is in my opinion totally unwelcome because they are two totally different series that have nothing to do with each other. I also did not like that there were finishing moves in this game because as I said before that is Mortal Kombat not Unreal. It was also disappointing because no one was playing this supposedly great game online which even though it only cost four dollars was was quite a letdown. They tried to add an actual single player game instead of just the bot battles that were in the original Unreal Championship, but the bot battles were better. I honestly think that Unreal is better when it doesnt have a story (I disliked Unreal 2 on the Xbox as well). The graphics in this game are good and the sword play is actually quite fun at times. So even though this game isn't terrible it feels like it was a Mortal Kombat spin off and then at the last minute they decided to slap Unreal on the cover.
