In a time long ago, when people still thought arcades were cool, a game came out.
Unreal literally turned the then-kindanewish FPS genre around with its gameplay, physics and most of all, graphical quality.
And so came the inevitable sequel, Unreal 2, which wowed gamers once more.
Then, taking its first steps online, Unreal Tournament 99 was so succesful at bringing gamers into the online flare, that it won many awards. This included the much coveted "GAME OF THE YEAR AWARD"(GOTY to you and me)
Withsuch a great game, noone believed that a worthy sequel could return with the same amount of innovation. But it did, with UT2K3/4 rocking the world to its core, with Mods, Vehicles and a plethora of online modes.

Unreal Anthology brings all of these great games to your pc with all the downloads, mods, updates and patches right there in the packaging.
I bought this game recently, having seen it being played by my my older cousin, and was not dissapointed.
My computer, weak by todays standards, was still able to churn out a smooth 60 FPS on each of the games. Internet speed, however, did cause some problems after many hours of play, with lag and such.
What i did love though, was the fact i could play the game without the disc, meaning i could give the game to all my friends and still play!
I can see this as being a bad move for epic, for obvious reasons.

One major concern is the games's compatibility with vista, as i am upgrading my computer and am not sure what to expect.. But not to worry.

In all, i think this anthology is a gem, with the addicting gameplayed wasting dozens of hours, and the iconic sight of blowing someones head off with a guided rocket launcher.
