That is not such a bad idea and i know of what union you are talking about
. I'm not planning on doing that because it really doesn't make much sense to a union like ours. Besides, i don't want to have too many officers. One thing is certain, and this should leave you guys motivated: i won't have a problem in promoting a recruit that works hard enough to deserve a promotion (something that already happened in case you didn't notice) and i also won't have a problem in demoting an officer that doesn't do his job.
