With such a wide array of rank names, differing max caps, and sentimentality held by some users, Levels are a great part of the forums, which here in this thread you can discuss favorite levels, levels you don't like, levels you ended up on multiple times, point/level losses, what have you.

These are my favorite levels I've passed through so far:

Level 11, Atomic Punk (my union was made while I was on this level)
Level 12, Rad Racer
Level 16, Magician Lord
Level 18, Flicky
Level 20, Metal Slime (since it wasn't so slow and I loved reaching the 20s)
Level 21, Rescue Ranger
Level 22, Blaster Master
Level 23, Super Bagman
Level 24, I Feel Asleep!!
Level 27, Sheng Long (made my biggest post day, 930, on this level, and became an officer here)
Level 30, Wicked Sick!
Level 31, Ippon! (began hating it, by 50% in I fell in love with the rank name)

Levels 13 to 16 because they mark the best times I've had so far on GS.

You are proof.

That emotions destroy you.

I guess I kinda miss the low levels (1-10) since that was back when I didn't know much about the site and was brand new.

Are you talking about the level name or the notoriety of that level?

I've had an interest in levels since being active on GS in March 2009.

I was more interested when I registered for the site. I thought it was cooler back then, especially since it went by so fast back then. Now that it's so slow I don't care anymore.

Well you're also going through terribly slow levels.

It was a little faster. Some levels were automatically skipped, and I think it was 18 that went by super fast. Level 20 was made to make up for those levels that went by so fast, and then they made it to where 16-20 were more even.

Pretty much all the levels now are close to what 20 used to be like.

And you'll be hitting the worst for a while when you reach Level 45. It takes 45 days to complete. @other post: Ah, well I never experienced the old level system, I was only active enough to reach Level 8 in my first year.

Yeah, although I really don't care anymore.

That system was better in my opinion. It was nice being able to completely skip some levels.

They should raise the caps up a bit, make things a bit faster. But GS hates itself and will do nothing to improve itself.

That's why I like it know. Less people in the higher level means more value.
