Technically, no. Movies are not interactive (for the most part). A cinematic experience, however, can be either of the two (interactive or not interactive). In this case, it is interactive.

what XV is trying to say is that PS3 games are poor movies that cost 10 times as much to be experienced, on a smaller screen.
