This games just not pass out for me, they're always in my heart and in my mind. How this games seduce me to the point of addiction? I don't really know but here are some of those games that mark my life till my breath leave me someday.

- Prince of Persia 1 and 2
Just passing all those dungeons, jumping around and the always search for life potion was a continuesly impulse for doing it again and again.

- Doom

I remember when I was a kid, and one night I just heard a extrange noises coming from the deskroom of my house, I walk down the stairs and just heard more clearly all those screams, breathings and shoots. My older brother was playing this blood gore game that I just can't quit anymore. Those shoots and race runs to just press the damn red button were pure adrenaline.

- Maniac Mansion: Day of the tentacle

This graphic adventure game was just plain fun, the story was so original back in those days that I don't remember how many times I played and played this awesome game.

- Rebel Assault

I'm not a huge fan of star wars but this game was so cool that it make buy joystick just for play it, that moment when you have to press the trigger to release the missiles to blow away the death star was ooohhh just feel a Skywalker myself.

- Commander Keen

That's what I wanted from a video, the role of a simple child that have a great adventure.

- Another World

This trip to an Alien world were you must find the way to cameback home just blow my mind. This really make me felt in another world.

- Dark Seed

The most creepy game in those days. This game was really good to be a 16 bit color with the excellent ilustrations of Giger.
This was one of the pioners inside the horror game genre.

Post your opinions of what old games leave you a SCAR in your soul.

If you want to revive some of this games visit www.selvacamaleon.net it is in spanish but it has the best abandonware.

Games that marked my life....let's see...
Doom, Dark Earth, Age of Empires, Command & Conquer, Baldur's Gate, Star Trek: Command, Elder Scrolls: Morrorwind, Ninja Gaiden, Metal Gear 2 & 3, Resident Evil: Code Veronica X, RE4
These games made me not sleep and play on 'til (sometimes) 8/9 in the morning. But in the 90-ies there was a crad game that did more than that; we organized playing week-ends and that addictive game was Magic: the Gathering.

Wow I remember Boulderdash for the C64! It was an awesome game! I really wish somebody would make a nice version of it because alot of the remakes out there are just bad. Doom the original was another great game from my early years of gaming... along with Wolfenstein 3D! Great games... Joy Good Times!

Gaming is having a rediculously large T.V. in a small apartment...
and staying up all night to get a Trophy that isn't real...
BUT IT IS!!!

Yep, that was like a sequel to another world.. but you just couldn't beat the original.

Yeah sandpiper, there's been plenty of attempts at boulderdash but none quite grab the gameplay like the c64 or the amiga versions..

I'm not old enough to have enjoyed some of the relics that have been mentioned here, plus relatively speaking, I'm still somewhat new to gaming in general (while I've played games all my life, it's only for the past 3 years that I've been a harcore gamer), so I'm still catching up on some older classics.

Anyway, some games that have marked my life are:

- Age of Empires II

- Grand Theft Auto III

- Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

- Medal of Honor: Allied Assault

- Civilization III

- Half Life 2

- Tomb Raider

- Call of Duty

Well, Wolfenstein 3D is the first game I played, and I kicked Hitler's ass at 5 years old I think it was.

Other than that, Grand Theft Auto series and God of War I'd say.
