I don't think there's much foods that begin with E. Eggs and Eggplant, Eels, Egg Fu Yong, and Enchiladas. So far those are the only 5 I can think of at the moment.

Easter Eggs can basically just be those colored eggs you find hidden in places around your house, crack them shells and they are edible hard-boiled eggs.
