Does the game has split screen multiplayer? Online or Oflline?

Yes there is split screen multiplayer or local if you prefer,and online mode where you play with people around the world. As for the disadvantages i'm not sure.

There is local multiplayer split-sceen. However, I'd hope you have a big tv as you'll only have a third of the screen for each player.
