Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 is like an old-school reunion, with new and familiar faces, and plenty of bloodshed. Shao Kahn is back and more vicious than ever, taking on all comers in an attempt to rule, well, everywhere!
There’s more storyline to follow, intense backgrounds, and superb music, making this one a cult classic. New characters, fatalities, friendships, secrets; UMK3 has it all.
The fighting system remains the same, with punches, kicks, blocks, run (great for combos), and unique abilities for each; this is 2D fighting at its best.
Prepare yourself for hours of bashing-and-slashing as you uncover pieces of the past, and learn where everyone is going in the future.
And I’d like to say on a side note, Johnny Cage Rules! * * *

  for the Snes, a pretty good fighter game that improved on an already great mk game
