I could tell I was playing a sequel to last year's UFC game, barely. It's bigger, not much better.

UFC 2010 feels an awful lot like UFC 2009. The roster is bigger. You can fight against the cage. You can use a southpaw. None of it really makes that big of a difference. I kept laughing every time something "new" popped up, and saying to my counterpart, "That's new!" because you literally have to point it out to notice it. We have had a lot of scrub matches thanks to the bigger roster. Last year's got old pretty quickly, and this year's even quicker. First round knockouts are commonplace. It's either box, or man hug while you worry more about your friend breaking your controller than making you tap out. The addition of Shaq was really the only good thing that I had to say about this game after my first few hours with it. The code was very old school. If you have last year's, keep it, and save your money. If you don't have last year's, and you want a great MMA fighting game.......wait until next year.
