how does a console game have frame rate issues!!!

i thought this game was going to be awesome.....all i can say is pure garbage. i mean i couldn't point out one good thing about this game.....lets see horrible graphic's-check, horrible soundtrack-check, tons of load times-check, horrible inventory-check, dumb AI-check, dumb main story-check, dumb side quests-check, terrible sound effects-check, terrible voice overs-check, sub-par customization-check, horrible character models-CHECK CHECK CHECK, FRAME RATE ISSUES!!!!!how is that even possible! I've never seen a console game had frame rate issues i mean this game froze randomly with no enemy's or anything on the screen, and times when it wasn't frozen it was lagging to the point where it was unplayable i was praying to god that my console would eat this game somehow cause it wasn't even worth walking to the nearest garbage can to throw away.... bottom line this game shouldn't even be considered a game i could probably go take a dump that would be better than this product. heed my words do not even waste 5 bucks on this game at your local video game store you'd be better off throwing your 5 bucks on the ground
