Two Worlds is an RPG that knows exactly what it is, and Delivers what it has to offer. That alone is worth buying.

Let me take you back in 2006 when Oblivion came out. Next to Gears, it was one of greats in 2006 for the 360. It wasn't too long until copycat games get released. One of the well known knock-offs is suprisingly, Two Worlds

PROS: A fairly large world too explore. Looks Quite Good. Great Quests. Lovely Music. 360 version offers online multiplayer. Has a lot of Nostalgia added in if you look deep enough.

CONS: Too Many Enemies! Doesn't give you much backstory. A Few grapical pop-ups, and hitches here and there. Camera takes a while to get the hang of.

Heres some funny information, the game was $6.99 used, i had Gamestop credit of $5. So that game only cost me a $1.99. What a deal, huh?

Usually, games are like everything else. It can be bad, or good. Two Worlds is good. For a good reason. I mean, yeah. It borrows elements from Oblivion, and other Adventure RPGS. But, thats the reason i like it! It's brings a lot of nostalgia for Rpg geeks.

Now the graphics for 2007, a lot of people would consider it not very good, but the area is huge. So, the creator had to take a huge risk for making look not as fantasical as it wants to be. So me, for a free-roaming game. It looks quite good, despite some of graphical pop-ups, slow downs, and hitches.

As an rpg, it's very nostalgic. What i mean is that it brings a lot of elements and throwbacks to other Adventure Games and RPGS.
a few examples are:
Combat and Free Roaming Enviornments: The Elder Scrolls series.
The Inventory and Buying System: The Diablo series.
Teleporting to Location to Location: For me, The Fable series.
Enemys that appear at night that you see in the day: Ocarina of Time

But of course, a lot of people mistake this as a Obilivion clone for it's combat and enviornments. But in my opinion. I put this as a...well.. a rpg. It has all the elements of an rpg, which makes it an rpg. Yeah its a Oblivion clone. So what?! Demons Souls did that, it used some of styles and familar systems as other Rpgs. And came after Two Worlds.

A lot of Quest are great. Makes you feel like an adventurer and fighter. But the greatest part of all these quest is there all Epic. It seems what ever your doing in teh quest. it seems Epic.

As for the story, i don't want to give it away. But the one criticism is that it doesn't give much backstory/information. It just leaves you with maybe 1 minute of backstory, and it doesn't tell you much.

Another Criticsim is that theres too many enemies in the world. It's like "Hmm.. How are we gonna make the game a challenge? Oh i know, how about put random wolfs, bears, and bandits to go after the player. ha ha!"

The Camera controls, are kind of hard to get use to. If you slowly move the camera. It goes into a weird direction. But it move the camera just up to the direction you wanted it in, it goes there. Basically, it was meant to be a PC game, and it is.

Of course for a homes console, every person allways seems that you need to have your online multiplayer. Geez, about every game seems to have. But yes, it is a nice feature to have. And actually ain't half bad.

So. Two Worlds. How is it. Well its an rpg. An Rpg that knows exactly what it is, and delivers what it to offer, and that alone is worth buying. One big reminder, you have to be a HUGE RPG fan to like Two Worlds.

Also, i got my fingers crossed for the sequel. I hope that the creators learn from their mistakes and improve from what they did.
