Great Game in General but some flaws

User Rating: 8 | Two Worlds II PC
im not normally one to critique a game. I alctually had a blast and have played probably about 30 hours on this game. But alas, i hav never finished it because i frankly got bored. About 2/3 of the way through the game, (assuming i left off near the end) the game got reaaallly boring. The game actually introduces you to a new area, but you have to go bunches of messenger quests and what-not that makes you just not want to pick up the controller/mouse. From there, i simply got bored from the repetitive game play as i became more locked in and focused on my particular play style. This game is great, don't get me wrong, but there are certain parts that i just do not feel like doing at all. However, this game does make up for it (in a way) by having a great class system. You can use the basic combat styles you have seen in many rpg's, but the magic system is what really sold the game for me, because the whole idea of mix-matching spells you create an ultimate was very appealing, however it is not easy at all the come across these spells. Another flaw, was that this game was extremely difficult to actually play in the beginning. I got this game thinking it was going to be awesome, played it for about half an hour, didn't pick it up for a month. i got so lost and bored and didnt know how to do anything because the tutorial was pretty bad. Once you get past it though and understand the basics of the game, that is where it really excels.
