The perfect start to one of the best game series' of all time...

Action is the only thing you are going to get out of this game. There are no boring moments. The graphics are crappy, but what would you expect from a game that was a release title for a previous generation console? The sound is average with sounds of rockets flying, things exploding, engines screaming, and cars skidding across sidewalks and asphalt. The music is okay too. You can jam out to some rock music while you're playing! The controls are good and are fit for the game. They have the right feel to them. The game has a bunch of cars with their own weight and feel to them. They all have their own special attack too. You can drive everything from a taxi driven by an old man to a tricked-out ice-cream truck driven by a serial killer insane circus freak clown. The cars can hit big air going off ramps, flip over, set on fire, and even look like they take damage when they get hit hard enough. The game is overall a successful attempt to deliver crazy action, mayhem and destruction in the form of vehicles that fire ballistic weapons at each other in a destruction derby type experience with tons of cars and levels.
