In 1995, Twisted Metal is released, this announces a new beginning of a series. In 1996, Twisted Metal II hits the top and crushes the competition. After hitting its climax on the play station, the series takes a dive releasing in 1998 Twisted Metal III who turned to be disastrous. In 1999, the series leaps way over the preceding game by releasing Twisted Metal 4. This game is good, it is a huge difference with the third one. The goal of this game : become the holy god of twisted metal by destroying your enemies in multiple stages, you will meet a good number of bosses before reaching Sweet-Tooth. You have 13 drivers at your disposition for battle. The game play is great, it’s the Twisted Metal way of playing: Hardcore. The graphics could’ve really use some improving, this is one of the games low points. The soundtrack is really good and the sound effects are find. This is exciting game, if you’re a fan, buy this game. This is the second best game in the Twisted Metal series if you want my opinion. By the way, you want to play the best of the best, try out Twisted Metal:Black on the play station 2.
