Twisted Metal 4 is a game where you drive around an area and attempt to destroy your opponent’s vehicle. This game features many different areas to unleash you mayhem on. Also, there are many different vehicles and areas for you to unlock. In this volume of the series, you now have the ability to create your own car with it’s own special attacks and such. The game also supports up to four of your friends playing the game at the same time. This with the option to create custom cars leads to some interesting matches. The character list is unique and each character has his or her own special abilities, as well as speed, handling, and amour. The areas of destruction are all big and have special hiding places with special weapons to boot. As for graphics and sound, this game actually looks good. The graphics wouldn’t be criticized too much if they were found on a PS2 game. The sound track is what makes te game. It features Rob Zombie, Cirrus and Cypress Hill. The music just kind of blends in with the game to get you in the killing mode. Overall, this is a fun game with good graphics and a good soundtrack. If you have any version of the Playstation, I would recommend this game to you. Even though it is a PS1 game, it still delivers the goods, in a big way.
