Twisted Metal 2 is simply just a really fun game.
Twisted Metal 2 is a great example of what a sequel should look like. The game is basically about heavilly armored vehicles that don't get along and fight. Well I guess you can't call a guy with 2 huge wheels on his hands a vehicle but he's a exception. You can do a lot of stuff to damage the opposition in this game, you can use machine guns, rockets, and every character has their own unique move that does a whole whack of damage. There are also powerups on the levels that make your car perform better than others for a short period of time. There are a lot of characters in the game and they are all designed very well and balanced out really well too. Another great thing about this game is all the envirnments in this game, you can play in L.A, Hong Kong, Paris, Antartica, New York and other places. The graphics in this game are also done very well, the characters all look very nice and the levels look superb. There also aren't any framerate issues in this game which is cool. The game has a lot of playabe modes, there is mode where you can hop right into the action, there's a tournament mode, and a challenge mode.
Twisted Metal 2 is a solid car shooter and you'll be getting your money's worth when you buy this game. Twisted Metal 2 is simply just a really fun game.
