Tropico three is not a copy of sim city but they are very similer. for starters tropico three will place you on a poor Iland with only a few buildings and a small group of people you are from there tasked to lead your people to greatness you must controll almost every aspect of your nation from exports to building resturants for you people to eat at it makes for a long learning curb but after your past that its relatively easy its replay value is mediocre at best because after an hour or two controlling your nation becomes a bit repetitive as the only thing that changes is the weather the time of day and the mood of your populace and the superpowers AKA America and the soviet union it all grinds down to whether you like city building games or not..........................................................................................................................................................................................
