Triple Play 2001 Preview

THQ has picked up the rights to bring EA Sports' Triple Play 2001 to the Game Boy Color. The title will contain the latest rosters, plus batting and pitching statistics for every player. In addition to the 30 MLB teams, the 1999 NL and AL All-Star teams will also be in the game.

Triple Play 2001 will include all 30 baseball stadiums and will have special modes such as home-run derby. The game will only be playable on the Game Boy Color and is set to be released in April.
