I love Tetris, so wouldn't I love Tringo? Ah..sorta..Tringo is entertaining for awhile, but I wish there was more to it.

In "Tringo", you use Tetris-esque pieces to create 2x2, 2x3, and 3x3 etc. Shapes in a small play area. You can't turn the pieces, and they don't fall from the top of the screen like Tetris does. "Tringo" is a kid friendly, pick up and play version of Tetris. There are 3 modes of play: Classic (ye olde classic Tringo, or regular play), Time Trial (you have 1, 2, or 3 minutes to complete a game of Tringo),and Infinite(no time limit, there are blocks blockin you but you have pieces wth bombs...). My favourite is Infinite because it's challenging and fun.
Pros:
Truly, a pick up and play experience that is perfect for short trips or waits in a doctor's office etc.
Background art changes to a different one; gives the game an artsy feel.
Simplistic, "hard to master" game play.
Tutorial is OK.
Cons:
Only 3 modes of play.
Can get boring after awhile.
Music gets annoying.
"Tringo" is fun, but I wish there was more to it...
