How many players play in Trauma Team? Do i need wii motion plus for Trauma Team?

You can perform four of the six procedure types cooperatively with two players (surgery, orthopedics, endoscopy, emergency care). You need two remotes and two nunchuks, but you do not need Wii Motion Plus.
