Awesome game. One of my favorites.

In my opinion, games that are made after movies generally suck. But the live-action Transformers games are definitely an exeption. But there are some things the first game had that are not in this one. The one I hate most is that there is no free roaming at all. What sucks is that the free roaming in this game would have been amazing since there are a lot more locations! Another thing I don't like is that you can't choose your character to play in multi-player like you can in the first game. Also I think they lied about being able to choose your character in Battle for Earth. Battle for Earth, however, is one thing that I prefer in this game over the first one. There are a lot more missions to play, and you get your experience imediately after playing a mission and you don't have to wait until the end of the day's battle. Another thing this game has that the first one does not is choosing your own awesome weapons, upgrading your own stats, and choosing your own equipment to upgrade your stats. The vehicle form I chose for my game is heavy, because it looks awesome and I'm more of a melee person myself. That's actually one other slight downside of the game; you can only choose from three vehicle forms, you can't alter their color, there are no air vehicles, and you're stuck with your vehicle forever when you pick it. All in all, this game does not have all the qualities that the first game does, and the first game does not have all the qualities that this game does. Overall rating: second game, truly amazing. First game, SPECTACULAR! That's actually my same opinion about the movies. My favorite mission in this game was the second mission in North America, where at the beginning you destroy the turrets, then enter the base and set it to explode and then get out.
