Where can I find bubble making piece on level 3 where you have to find all the toys?

Hey,
I'm having a problem finding this last bubble piece and I cant find it anyway or cant see anything of where it could be...
I got the one in the cupboard in the kitchen,got the one in the vent on the ground floor, got the one in the vent next to the pig, and they're the ones I know I definately have.
