After the two backwards steps that was: Empire & Napoleon: Total War. They have come with a BOMB SHELL!!
I was overjoyed when I realized that the game would live up to it's Rome predecessor and surpass it's Shogun counterpart. In every aspect of the game there is a notable improvement, whether in graphics, game play and intensity. The campaign map, the battles and the multi-player are all amazing.
I am still looking for a part that I dislike about the game other than Japan is way to small for my liking. I mean, I get powerful, my armies strong and my finances flourishing, and then the next thing you know I'm getting my ass kicked by every single faction on the game because there is a "Realm Divide" and for some reason it's irreversible. However that is not a problem with the game, it's a successful way of making the game more difficult!!
I'm loving every minute of playing this game and I look forward to the expansion packs and the add-on content so that I can further delve into the experience that is TOTAL WAR!!
