Stunning graphics with a cartoony yet detailed look flowing with vibrant animated living colors. When a ghostly spectre floats by to acttack you can just feel a cold chill wind come your way so fluid and graceful are the animations.
Lighting is very atmospheric giving everything a haunting gothic look which compliments the buetiful immersive moody soundtrack.
Combat is very intuitive and you will find yourself doing special combos with no problem at all. Something i usually suck at but in TORCHLIGHT i found myself doing naturally and not forced. There are plenty of visual delights and fireworks as one fights the immense variety of enemies. This is one of those rpgs you play to see not only the next gorgeous level but the latest finely crafted monster to dare to attempt kill your character.
I had my settings maxed and even with all the graphical action going on screen not once have i suffered any lag on my Intel Core 2 Duo with 2 gigs of memory and a Radeon HD 3870.
An rpg masterpiece i really hope gets the attention it deserves this holiday season. This could be the NOX of the current rpg generation. Thanks to all involved :)
