Sure.

Melee Goblins/Polarities + Reversal of Wyrds + Ruiner

Melee Goblins + Fimbulwinter's Numbing Touch + Ruiner

I'm not sure if using Egil's Blessing + a Ruiner is viable... that Battle Cry works a little differently (not a group skill). I'm not sure off the top of my head if it HAS a duration. Still, it's worth a try.

Duration of your Battle Cry increases based on your current combo level. So a Human w/ Quick to Anger maxed (extra combat level) will have an easier time. To increase the time you have available even more, team up w/ a Berserker who has A Capacity for Rage maxed (+1 combo level, Group Skill). But this is hardly necessary.
