I belive that Tony Hawks Pro Skater has finally reached its climax. By far the best skateboarding series to ever come out is Tony Hawks with no doubt in my mind, but I believe that with that said Tony Hawks Pro Skater has finally hit its climax. If you have not played any of the Tony Hawks games before than there is no better one than to start on than this one, but for the fans like me who have played and owned all of them and have completed 100% of the game, well I belive you will be a little dissapointed. The fourth installment adds very little new things to the game and is really of little improvement if any on the third. But the thing with that is that Tony Hawks Pro Skater 3 is so great that 4 is still a great game. And even for those who read this I know that I am not going to change your mind about going out and getting this game and honestly I dont want to stop you from that cause Tony Hawks is great, but just dont expect much more than what you got in the third one. The only reason that I give this game the score that I did is because games are supposed to improve as you come out with the new sequels, but im not really sure if Tony Hawks 4 does that system justice this time around. Great game overall, definately worth renting, but I firmly belive that Tony Hawks has reached its peak and will only go downhill from here, as it has proved to us from Tony Hawks Underground, which is the worst installment out of the whole series.
