Let's cut to the chase...Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 is the best skateboarding game yet to be released. The gameplay's major upgrade is the "revert". What you do is that you go up in the air from a halfpipe or something like that, then pull the right trigger just as you are about to land and you'll do a 180 degree spin so you can continue a combo. Other than that, the gameplay engine is largely untouched. The career mode is basically the same thing as the first two games: two minutes to complete as many of the levels goals as humanly possible. The only differance is that denpending on the type of skater you choose (street or vert), one goal actually changes.
What can I say about the graphics...other than they are some the best damn graphics I've ever seen!!! The skaters are awesome, the levels...THE LEVELS ARE HUGE! And to top it off, the blood is sweet! The good sound mainly comes from the soundtrack that features Motorhead, CKY, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Bodyjar and Guttermouth. The rest of sound includes the clinking of rails and stuff like that.
If love skateboarding, I demand you to get this game because it's awesome.
