Just a warning if you buy this game for your kids you might have to play it. Its ok for a little while, but kids dont seem to get bored but you certainly will.

Actually, its not a bad game. My 5 year old loves it, but it seems more geared toward a 7 year old.

You get to control a helicopter, police car, dump truck, fire truck, and other contsruction vehilcles. You cant really screw up anything. THe game is pretty forgiving, which is one of its weaknesses: it never teaches you that you can reach a point of no return and start over.

The game has some cool mechanics. For example, there are some winter playsets where you can drive in the snow and leave tracks, plus you can smash snowmen with your car.
Even more impressive is the water physics. Controlling the firetruck and spraying water is really cool. It handles reflections well and just using the fire hose is a blast.
This leads to my biggest gripe in the game: putting out fires YOu get calls to a fire where you have to put out a grid of burning windows. If you are not fast enough, the fire keeps spreading and/or reigniting other windows. it can go on forever, and is not forgiving at all. Its the hardest thing in the game and leaps above anything else you have to accomplish.
I would wince everytime my daughter would play it because she could never put out the fires and it would take me 5 minutes to if im lucky.

Hidden throughout the game are jumps and things to run over. You get nothing for them and you simply discover them to pass the time.

Kids will earn bronze, silver, and gold stars as they accomplish the tasks.

Other fun stuff is they get too clean off and repair and even paint all the vehicles they use in a close up environment.

I paid $12 bucks, and that was probalby 3 too many
