Get Your Hands on Lara Croft

Tomb Raider comic book will appear along with the game, and get this, Lara is bringing a friend.

Comic book makers Top Cow Productions has announced a special one-shot issue starring Eidos Interactive's Tomb Raider herself, Lara Croft, and Top Cow's magic gauntlet-wielding Witchblade character.

The art will be provided by regular Witchblade penciller, Michael Turner.

Readers may recall that Top Cow head Marc Silvestri was responsible for creating the main characters for Eidos' Fighting Force, which will hit store shelves for the PlayStation this week. The release of the Tomb Raider/Witchblade comic is planned to coincide with the PlayStation/PC debut of Tomb Raider 2: Starring Lara Croft next month.
