A remake that is an instant classic!

Tomb Raider Anniversary is a great adventure game that is kinda hard to start playing but after you get past that barrier, you just want to keep on playing. There really isn't much of a story but there is enough of a story to want to know what is going on and what is going to happen. Almost all of the acrobatics Lara does are believable which makes this game more enjoyable. The puzzles, if you will, do take a good amount of thinking and require patience to get through it. There are some parts that you have no idea what to do so sometimes the time played is figuring out how to get from point A to point B. The combat is pretty cool but I think there should have been a bit more. A frustrating aspect of this game is there are sometimes where Lara can clearly grab onto a ledge but doesn't. The reasons vary from she just doesn't grab on sometimes or you have to do it the way it is meant to be done like moving a platform in front of the ledge to jump on and then grab the ledge after jumping from the platform. Other than these problems, TRA is a great game that should be at least tried out.
