Good game, good graphics, good gameplay, good characters, good dialogue........ So overall, GOOD!
This Splinter Cell is 2nd in the ranks compared to the rest of series,.... It was just piped to the post by Splinter Cell 1, mind you, the 1st in most series', game or film, are usually the best because you don't know what to expect, do you? Anyway, that's how I feel!
Now, the moment we have all NOT been waiting for, it's the FLAWS! (MUSIC: X-FACTOR THEME)! So, here they all are.....:
1. The speech isn't in sync with the movement of your mouth!
2. The glitches appear very often!
3. The characters can repeat themselves...... It's REALLY annoying! E.g. "Hey, Sam! Go over there and take that guy out!" (2 seconds later...) "Hey, Sam! Go over there and take that guy out!" ARRRGHHHH!!!
4. Characters can disappear from your, seemingly, clear vision and reappear somewhere else! (It's USUALLY somewhere behind you).
Now, the ups! Here we go.......:
1. The graphics are very good for 2008, I have to say!
2. The dialogue is very cleverly written!
3. You'll get to love the characters, eventually! (I hope so anyway)!
4. The story-line fits in with everything else very well and smoothly!
5. The cut-scenes have amazing characters, graphics, dialogue, and, sometimes, another piece of the puzzle, IF your lucky, that is!
