I love the game play Sam Fisher is the best assassin in my book. Whether its hiding around a corner waiting for some unsuspecting NPC to endanger himself coming within range of Sam, or hanging off a ledge. Sam takes out his enemies with ease. Especially when you have the marker to take out his enemies faster. I thought that was a great addition to the game, if only you can mark more than two enemies at a time. But seeing as E3 just came out with Splinter Cell:Blacklist. I believe this has been remedied for later Splinter Cell games. The controls are easy to figure out seeing as this is the first Splinter Cell I didn't rent. The graphics where pretty good the shadow displacement was well organized. even the NPC were more realistic. Hiding from the direction they believed I was, and doing their best to cover the area(Not knowing that I'm not in the same place anymore). I like some of the weapons though some don't have silencer's, but for the gamer who wants to go all run in and shoot without caring if the NPC's know where he is. The game is good for that too although, at some points in the game not really the best choice. The game mechanics is very good, I like the idea of the interrogation of some of the enemies. It ends the interrogation kinda of early though, after hitting the NPC three times with whatever I thought was cool to hit him with he spills the info needed. The storyline in the beginning was kinda corny. The old "you have no idea its bigger than you!. Its bigger than me!." But the game play more than makes up for it. I like the multiplayer working with someone else and not have him leave you or him behind is pretty amazing. The fact that you and him have to simultaneously hack a computer to open a door or get some information is a nice touch too, or you can kill all the NPC's in the area without them seeing you or hearing any loud noise makes a lot of game play more enjoyable.
