Also, I recently picked up Double Agent on 360 (originally I played it on PS2), so I'd love to have someone to do co op/spies vs mercs with.
If anyone is interested drop your gamertag in here, we can all add each other and have something to do while we wait for Blacklist.
Secondly, I plan on playing through all the old campaigns again before Blacklist comes out (maybe even SC: Essentials again!), and I've been playing every stealth game that I can (Hitman, Deus Ex: HR, Mark of the Ninja) to fill the void. Any suggestions of other stealth games? Thanks.

I played through the Splinter Cell HD Trilogy in 3D again and it was fun getting all trophies for each game.
I also play Conviction with my Coop buddy on almost a weekly basis using a extremely strict ghost purist playstyle. Basically, can not use gadgets, goggles, marking, distractions of any kind - just ghost to the back of the map - if a flashlight comes out for any reason, manually start over - even if not detected.
I have tried playing Double Agent (360) Spies/Merc but really couldn't get into it.
Also, Dishonored was a really great game and can be played with full stealth.
Only stealth matters...

Metal Gear Solid 3 is a good stealth game that's available on Xbox 360 now as part of the MGS HD collection. The learning curve on it is like a vertical wall, but it's crazy fun once you get over it.
If you have a PC that you can game on, I'd also recommend Thief or Thief 2. They haven't aged particularly well, but they're about as hardcore as stealth can get and they're well-crafted games. The mechanics revolve around shadows and footsteps, so any Splinter Cell player should feel right at home.
And, of course, there are the Batman Arkham games, which are split almost evenly between stealth and combat.

Came to add these, but I see its already covered so I will add something else...
A lot of the main and side quests in Oblivion (and perhaps Skyrim, I'm not sure as I haven't tried Skyrim yet) allow for stealth. Some really great sequences actually, and some really tense moments as you sneak around. You can even put empahasis using and strengthening sneaking/thieving skills as you play through the games. It's pretty meaty for stealth fans if you choose to play it that way.
