Yesterday, I got some hands on time with Splinter Cell: Blacklist and had a conversation with Ubisoft Toronto's creative director Maxime Béland.
I thought you guys might be interested in checking it out. It's a great game, at least as far as I can tell so far, it's just a way more action oriented than past Splinter Cell titles.
Anyway, let me know what you think!

I did give the article a quick read, and although you mention that there's more of a focus on action than past SC games, I didn't see Conviction specifically addressed. May have missed it though.

I thought it was impossible to ghost the completely lit up room on Russian Embassy with 5 guards rotating everywhere with no marks or goggles but we have done it many times after "too many to count" failed attempts.
Being a stealth ghost purist is all about being very patient, strategic, and creative to completely be unseen.
I have no doubt that every one of those levels can be ghosted unless they force your hand to fight due to story progression - this is what the Perfectionist Mode is all about.
Only stealth matters...
