The reason its better is because you can now edit your character by changing his outfit, which is really cool, and changing the camo patterns on it. and then it adds a cool single player campaign, i didnt think the story was good at all but the levels were pretty fun, the games graphics arent that good, but it doesnt matter because the gameplay is so smooth, especially the cover system, it works great, and i think its the best system so far, there are a lot of weapons to unlock also different armor pieces and other accessories you can get by going up ranks.
Your teams AI isnt that good but its not too bad, and at times it seems like they are just brainless, and sometimes the baddies are too good, almost godly, like if a baddie comes around a corner and you see him, he will most likely kill you before you can even think about pulling the trigger. and that happens often but the game is great either way, and is worth buying.
