15,000+ megabytes? WTF?

Im in the process of installing the game on steam and it said the download size was 15,000 and something MB's. I dont understand why its such a massive download, Im pretty sure Skyrim wasnt even that big.

I don't have an option to preload at all :/ But 15 is standard for games today.

It's due to being multi language. The game it's self is only 7 gigs,the rest is what I call junk.

Actually its a problem to do with newbies not knowing how to edit and compress unreal engine files.

Is that how Black Box releases work? Black Box releases are pirated copies that have their filesize dramatically reduced without any impact on the game itself. I have no idea how they do it.
