I am a fan of Tom Clancy games on the Xbox 360. GRAW and Rainbow Six Vegas are great (but very tough) games. I beat both games on the hardest dificulty setting on this console.

This game was superb on the Xbox 360. Great graphics, good 3rd person and 1st person controls, good gameplay. Very difficult, but playable. On the PC it is truly awful:
*Poor graphics (much worse than Half-Life 2, which is an earlier game)
*Awful gameplay - slow, clunky camera and movement. No 3rd person view.
*Poor friendly AI and very clever enemy AI - this is a recipe for disaster in a squad tactics shooter. I lost interest midway through the second mission having cursed my way through the first.
*Ridiculously difficult - so much so that the game is no longer a pleasure to play (I'm no noob and have completed the same game on the most difficult setting on the Xbox 360).

Overall very very disappointing. Don't bother with it on PC but try it on Xbox 360 for a great experience.
