Goes way above and beyond all the other "sims".
-21 cars on track. 250% better than GT4, Enthusia and all the rest.
-Real race cars. Tired of racing around endless Skylines, and Lancers, and Vitzes? Here's your game.
-Every kind of racing you can imagine. Rally? Check. GT? Check. Oval? Check. Monster trucks? Go karts? ATV's? Check, check, and check.
-Damage. Want to see what happens when you hit a wall at 150mph? Guess what: you're not going anywhere fast, anytime soon.
-Rules. Does your friend slam you into the wall and laugh? Does your other friend cut across the grass like the road is poisoned? Does your third friend like nothing more than a head-on collision? Let the game take care of it for you.
-Fun and realistic physics. "Simulation" doesn't have to mean "impossible", and this game is definitely the first and not the second. This is probably one of the only road racing games I have ever seen that manages to get both oversteer and understeer right.
-AI cars that do something else besides drive a line and get back to it if you bump them off. Quite possibly better than playing actual people.
-Online play. 'Nuff said.
After reading all of these points, you may think that this game relies wholly on gimmicks, but it doesn't: the graphics and sound are very solid, and the core gameplay is very, very strong indeed on either driving option. Highly, highly recomended.
