Titanfall is an enjoyable game whether it is your first time logging on to the server, or you have unlocked all the load outs and upgrades. The reason for this is that the game focuses on Balance. Even from the start using the bare bones load outs, it never feels like the game favors those of a higher level. Do not get me wrong. there are perks to leveling up and having a wider arsenal at your disposal, but at the same time you can reek havoc from the start.
While there is a maximum of 6 human players on each team, the inclusion of random AI characters help balance the field. While these AI bots make for fairly easy targets allowing you to build up xp, they also help prevent that loathed act of camping seen in other similar games.
The controls for this game are great. It doesn't matter if you are wall running or ejecting from a damaged Titan only to land on and then "rodeo" an enemy Titan, it is all seamless and fluid.
This is also a visually stunning game. Character animations look natural, and the locations are fantastic.
Titanfall is a great game. The only thing that would have made it a 10 out of 10 would have been a Solo campaign. It would have been awesome to delve a little further into the locations and back story. From a Mutiplayer only perspective, this game is a refreshing break from the normal FPS.
