Titanfall will change the way we play and see multi-player shooters

I have had my share of first-person-shooters before. The simple mechanics have gone from simple movement and aiming to all out epic battles of explosions, carnage, excitement and frustration. It wasn't too long ago that gamers thought that nothing would change when it came to game shooters. Call of Duty had made its ground into our lives and we became comfortable with it. I mean, it had an amazing history of action and fast pace gaming but not everyone was satisfied. We needed something that would make us feel excited to play after we got used to the simple truth of a new Call of Duty game every year.

Along came Titanfall. Made from the very developers that gave you Call of Duty. For one reason or another, Vince Zampella led a group of highly talented artists and programmers to find what it was that we had been missing for so long. The thought of sharing our experiences with our friends, telling them how epic our last battle was and how we couldn't wait to get back on and play it again. Titanfall isn't just another shooter, but an expansion of our normal playing field from ground level to high up on rooftops picking enemies off from afar or sliding into our mech as we trample the streets red with our massive metal legs and destroy our opponents in relative fashion.

We need games like Titanfall to help ensure that we don't get comfortable with things and that change is in our nature as human beings. I really enjoy the all out battles Titanfall has. There is so much I can say about the game but I really don't know where to start. This is a game you have to see in order to believe. The only wish I have is that they have co-op gameplay kind of like zombies in some future DLC. I would love to see what kind of imaginative ideas they can think of to continue the fight. Thanks Respawn and thank you Vince Zampella and all of your team for an amazing job!
