The Tiny Toons turn into beasts so they can save there buddy from peril.

User Rating: 8.5 | Tiny Toon Adventures NES
Tiny Toon Adventures has always been one of my favorite shows. It's always been one of my favorite childhood gems. What made it so special you may ask? Let me show you.

Story - There is not much of a story. But, Montana Max has stolen Buster Bunny's best friend(also to believed to be his girlfriend) Babs Bunny. So, Buster and the rest of his pals must go through six levels full of enemies, danger, scenery, and carrots. Even without all the obstacles, it's still not a walk in the park. You still have to confront other bad guys from the hit show. Like Roderick Rat, Elmyra Duff, Gene Splicer, and more. So, can you save your buddy from peril, or is she just another prisoner for Montana Max?

Gameplay - Unlike other video games based on TV shows, this one showed us how great it is.(Just look at how many sequels it spanned off.) The gameplay is sorta like Super Mario Bros but a bit more rigid. During gameplay you collect carrots, and when you get 100 carrots you get an extra life. In each of the six levels, one of your pals helps you. Here is there special ability:

Hampton J. Pig: Passive ally.
Plucky Duck: He can briefly fly.
Dizzy Devil: Can spin through walls and is invincible while in his spin mode.
Furrball: Can climb trees and other vertical surfaces.
Gogo Dodo: Passive ally.

One thing that made this game cool was how closely related it was to the show, which is a good thing.

Overall, Tiny Toon Adventures the video game is a fun, solid, platform for anyone, even those who never seen the show. If your NES still works, I'd highly recommend getting this if you saw it. So, you ready to beat some sense into Montana Max?
