Not only have they released a game which has stolen all the elements of most famous RPG's, the developers totally murdered these elements just to make this game look different than the rest. The result was a new game same like the rest, but guess what.. A worse one. But after that they give us something so innovative. A new spell system allowing you to combine 2 spells. This looks very exciting. But it is NOT! It would be if it worked. But it doesn't. It is a not-so-innovative combo system. I say not so innovative because the idea of the combo system, though appearing to be a clever one, is not that clever at all, but rather misleading. It would only be clever if the whole system proved to worked at first. It would be clever if they though of a way to make it work. For that thinking implies cleverness. But this is not the case. The whole system looks magnificent at the first glance and as the glance takes another chance the system looks as it should in reality. A poorly developed system with just a few combos made available, totally neglected and with a variety of overpowered spells, blocking the way of all the rest weaker ones. At the same time giving the impression that the developers are true idiots who were over-excited by the whole idea of that combo system, and thought, that magnificently clever idea alone would rock the world. Let's don't bother make it work just let it alone is so clever.
Anyway... We said ok... It doesn't matter... The game still looks cool even with all those 23498987234 bugs. We were patient waiting for a patch to fix the bugs. We trusted them releasing a patch even if the gamespot reviewer warned us beforehand. We trusted them and waited. Even if some minor bugs concerning the spells were fixed, the game would definitely be of a higher rank... but...
But guess what... NO PATCH AT ALL! allthose years no patch was released despite all the requests. These unprofessionals completely ignored all our requests.
And the surprise? Dawn of Magic 2 is released!
Oh what a surprise! Everyone was so excited to buy the new game and give a second chance to these idiots to AT LEAST FIX THE DAMN BUGS!
And I boldly declare, since I have seen it with my own eyes and tried it myself:
The game is worse than the first one. No spell bugs are fixed. And the worst of all... YOU CANNOT EVEN SAVE THE CONTROL CONFIGURATION AND YOU HAVE TO DO IT AGAIN EVERYTIME YOU RELOAD THE GAME!
I wish i could give it a 0, but since this is not an option i give it a rating of 1.
If they gave a s**t releasing at least a patch to fix JUST HALF of all these bugs... the game would definitely get a 5+ rating from most people, but in the way they acted give us the impression that all they care about is their pockets.
