You pay $65 for the game. Then you have to pay another $70 for courses?? What the hell was the $65 for? this shouldnt be allowed. Not being cheap but really i can understand MAYBE if this game wasnt coming out again for another two years. But $135 for a game that you get board with after a few months is not worth it. And since they come out with this game EVERY year, your courses should be followed in that next year so you dont get charged again and again for these courses. EA has some nerve charging these extra courses. Sad part is its a great game until i saw that. This is whats wrong with the gaming industry. Charging us for every thing even after buying the game while they make billions. that really pisses me off. Whats next buying a Baseball game oh then you gotta buy stadiums? AMAZING!!!!!! What a waste of money.

I agree with you 100% I got this game for my birthday a week ago, so I didn't pay anything for it myself. I then started playing through the Season, and once I got to the PGA Tour I realized the VERY FIRST EVENT was preventing me from playing it unless I bought the course or I changed it to a course I already have. As a poor college student, I can't afford to buy my own games, let alone this overpriced crap that should at least be available during Season Mode. I've already complained to EA and I've got no response back from them. So, I changed the course for the first event. After playing it, I looked at the rest of the events listed. 10 events that required buying the course first, out of 31 total events. I find this ridiculous that I can't play them after the game was purchased, and it's even more ridiculous at how much extra you have to pay.HurricaneLane
And you won't hear from them. They don't care. They don't see people as people. All they see is dollar signs. I noticed the same thing in last years game. I bought the Uber/Deluxe/Masters/Whatever Edition last year after being told it came with more courses. So for an extra $10 I thought why not... I get home and start playing the game to find out that I had to unlock these courses either by the tedious collection and spending of coins or Microsoft Points. Not for me. I thank you and the other posters here... You've saved me from making another mistake in buying another EA Sports game.
