Broken. In a bad way.
As for the game? The game itself was fine for the year it came out and the engine it utilized. I did enjoy it when it wasn't trying to murder my computer.
I spent about an hour looking to see how I could fix the problems that should have been dealt with in production. The thing is I'm like most people who work a lot of hours. I don't want to be bothered by such things. If you plan to produce a game don't be a cheapskate. Spring for tests on all platforms, devices and use to make sure the game is compatible going forward.
I won't be buying Witcher 2 precisely for this reason. I can't reward this.
