i luv the witcher franchise ever since it began (mostly due to the books' clever writing, that the game is based on), but this game is so fucking overrated! 7.5 in my book, tops; feels like butter, scraped over too much bread; if you play DA Inquisition, you KNOW you are playing a HIGH QUALITY game that is persistent throughout the whole fucking game (well, most of it anyway - with few exceptions); in W3, it's the opposite - handling is horrible, gameplay sucks, combat is full of lags and hiccups, in a word - it's rubbish; they were aiming too high, i think W1/2 are better games, because a small dev like CD Red Projekt can handle that; they cannot lift heavyweight like Rockstar, Ubisoft or Bioware... it's like the first Dark Souls or Demon Souls, or Lords of the Fallen compared to DS2 or Bloodborne... they suck, they are trying to tackle a subject that's too much for them, in terms of resources alone; they don't have the expertise, the knowledge, the people to do it right... they are ambitious for sure, but that's just not enough; handling is as bad as AC3, or worse; i love the franchise and i'll keep playing the game nonetheless, but it sucks big time and it's so fucking overrated! did i already say that? good :)
