I'll get the bad right out of the way: Some poor menu and inventory system design flaws can take a while to get intuitive. The game is brutal and you will most certainly die alot, I don't care who you are. Some fickle players may not even get past the tutorial / prologue.

Now for the Good: This game is hardcore RPG goodness from head to toe. It's clear the focus was on making a flexible, playable story, that is not only immersive but absolutely stunning! My opinions are based on playing through it with the Xbox 360 controller, which for me worked very well, if not a bit sluggish occasionaly...usually at crucial times! However, that said, this game plays well and the combat is vicious. The button mashers and streamline RPG lovers need not apply though. This game is for the rugged. Plain and simple. Top Notch!
